Manufacturing & Industrial
Distribution networks, machinery on the floor and international trade fairs where the sector’s orders are actually written.
The shape of the work
Industrial brands sell through networks and show at trade fairs. Both are relationship businesses with heavy logistics attached, and both reward preparation over spend.
We run the distributor programme and the exhibition presence to one standard, including the machinery that has to arrive, clear customs and be commissioned before the doors open.
What this sector needs from an agency
- Machinery freight, customs and commissioning
- Multilingual delegate materials and interpretation
- Factory visit safety and routing
- Distributor travel and visa coordination
- Exhibition stand build and compliance
- Lead capture across languages

Sector reality
Four things that decide the plan.
Machinery is a freight and commissioning problem
Crate dimensions, dock access, floor loading, power supply, commissioning time and a customs regime that may hold it. Planned backwards from the demonstration slot.
Distributors travel from many markets
Multi-country visas, mixed languages, varied seniority and head counts that move. Interpretation and multilingual materials are operational requirements, not nice-to-haves.
Plant events are safety events
Visitor inductions, restricted zones, PPE for guests, and a route through the factory that shows what you want shown without stopping production.
Trade fairs run on the organiser’s calendar
Space, build approval, rigging, freight and health-and-safety deadlines, each with a penalty. Worked as a dated checklist to zero.

Compliance is not a review at the end. It decides the venue, the catering, the travel class, the contracting and what the record has to show.
SectorBFSBanking & Financial Services
Precision, confidentiality and a record that survives scrutiny — with hospitality that has to be defensible as well as good.
