Asia Pacific · TYO
Tokyo Precision, and a supply chain that shares your standards
Exceptional venues and service, and a market where preparation and protocol are rewarded.
The honest version
Tokyo delivers a standard of execution that few cities match. Venues are excellent, suppliers are meticulous, and public transport moves large numbers reliably. What it asks is that you plan properly and early, and respect how business is done.
Language and lead time are the two real constraints. Bilingual delivery is essential rather than optional, and decisions that would be made in a week elsewhere take longer here — which is generally a feature, not a fault.
Best suited to
- Technical and industrial conferences
- Exhibitions with a Japanese buyer audience
- Executive and partner programmes
- Incentive programmes with cultural depth

Operating notes
What actually decides whether Tokyo works for you.
Airlift, hotel capacity, ground and season — in that order, and before anyone falls in love with a photograph.
Access and airlift
Haneda (HND) is close to the city and Narita (NRT) serves long-haul volume. Visa-free entry for many nationalities.
Hotels and capacity
Excellent across categories, though large single-property blocks are harder than in other Asian capitals.
Ground and distance
Rail is superb and usually preferable to coaches for city movements. Coach access and parking in central Tokyo needs planning.
Season and calendar
Spring and autumn are ideal and heavily booked. Golden Week and the New Year period effectively close the business calendar.
