The audience judges a conference by the twenty minutes at the front of the room. That twenty minutes is a set design, a lighting plot, an audio system, a video chain, a content pipeline and a person calling cues — and it either was rehearsed or it was not.
We design the room against the building we surveyed, specify the technical package to that design, control every deck through one desk, rehearse the transitions and call the show live. Backups are agreed before the rehearsal, not improvised during it.

Design to the room you measured
Ceiling height at the stage, rigging capacity, pillar positions, sightlines from the back corner, dock access and lift dimensions for the set. A design that ignores any one of these becomes a change order three weeks out — priced at whatever the venue’s exclusive supplier decides.
One content desk
Every deck arrives at one place, is version-controlled, checked on the actual show system for fonts, video and aspect ratio, and locked. Speakers who want to change a slide talk to the content desk, not to a technician during a coffee break.
Rehearse the transitions
Sessions rarely fail in the middle. They fail in the handover — a walk-on that starts before the video ends, a panel with four chairs and five panellists, a microphone handed to someone standing in the dark. We rehearse the joins, because they are the part with no script.
Backups are agreed in advance
A redundant playback machine, a spare radio channel, a lighting state that works if the desk fails, a plan for a keynote whose flight is delayed. Written down, assigned to a person and tested at rehearsal — otherwise it is a hope, not a backup.
