Healthcare & Medical Devices
Clinical audiences, hands-on training with real equipment, and compliance obligations that sit alongside a commercial objective.
The shape of the work
Medical device events combine three difficult things: clinicians whose time is expensive and inflexible, equipment that must be transported and set up to clinical standard, and a compliance regime governing what may be provided to a healthcare professional.
We plan the equipment and the compliance record with the same rigour as the programme.
What this sector needs from an agency
- Clinical equipment transport and setup
- Cadaveric and simulation lab coordination
- Faculty contracting and travel around theatre lists
- Congress satellite symposia management
- Transfer-of-value capture
- Multi-market code compliance
Sector reality
Four things that decide the plan.
Hands-on training is an equipment operation
Devices, consumables, simulators or cadaveric material, sterilisation, waste disposal and licensing. Each has a lead time and a legal requirement attached.
Clinician schedules do not move
Faculty are operating the day before and the day after. Travel is built around theatre lists, and the programme respects the fact that they may arrive at 23:00.
Congress presence is a booking race
Satellite symposia slots, stand positions and speaker availability at major congresses are contested a year out.
The compliance record travels with the event
Hospitality caps, faculty contracts and transfer-of-value capture per healthcare professional, in the local disclosure format.

Compliance is not a review at the end. It decides the venue, the catering, the travel class, the contracting and what the record has to show.
SectorBFSBanking & Financial Services
Precision, confidentiality and a record that survives scrutiny — with hospitality that has to be defensible as well as good.
