Destination management company: a local partner supporting destination logistics, access, activities, and supplier delivery.

FAM Trip

A familiarisation trip for decision-makers, partners, agents, or buyers to experience a destination or product.

Hosted Buyer Program

A structured trade-show program that brings qualified buyers into scheduled meetings with exhibitors or sponsors.

MICE

PAX

Industry shorthand for passengers, guests, delegates, or attendees.

Rooming List

Run of Show
