Airlift, hotel capacity, ground and season — in that order, and before anyone falls in love with a photograph.
Access and airlift
Manohar International (GOX) and Dabolim (GOI) serve domestic traffic well with some international routes; most groups connect through Mumbai or Delhi.
Hotels and capacity
Strong resort inventory, with the largest properties capable of hosting several hundred delegates residentially.
Ground and distance
Short transfers within a region, but North and South Goa are meaningfully apart. Choose one and stay in it.
Season and calendar
October to March is peak and books out early, particularly around the year end. Monsoon months are quiet and inexpensive.
