A live show is the point where venue conditions, creative ambition, speaker readiness and technical detail meet. We hold those parts under one production plan so the room looks considered, the content is controlled and the show team knows every cue before the audience arrives.
What we manage
The practical work inside the scope.
The final responsibility list is agreed against the brief. These are the areas most commonly placed with Voya Circle.
Technical specification
Sound, screens, playback, lighting, staging and show communications are specified around the content and venue—not copied from a standard equipment list.
Content desk
Presentation versions, playback files, speaker notes and approvals are controlled through one receiving and testing process.
Running order
The show flow records timings, stage movement, media, lighting, audio and who is responsible for each transition.
Rehearsals
Speakers, hosts, performers and technicians rehearse the moments that carry the greatest timing or technical risk.
Show calling
One show caller coordinates departments against the approved running order and makes controlled adjustments when the live programme moves.
